I’m obsessed with this song from Lover currently because it has such a fun beat mixed with a sassy ‘F-You’ vibe. I feel as if she is basically saying ‘peace out’ to the world of 2016 epic crisis and hello love of 2019!
Honestly, this song can really be interpreted into multiple situations if you ask me. A break up… a work environment… a friendship… anything really. To me, it is about letting go of the crap that is around you and moving on to something that brings you joy and happiness. The first masterpiece of many to come.
