Oh Hi!
Today, I bring you a special post about my time at the Taylor Swift Era’s Tour Concert! What a dream it was to be able to attend this show. I’ve been lucky to attend the 1989 Tour and the Reputation Tour but I wasn’t going to make it to the Lover Tour. I was devastated. There was a lot going on for me during that announcement and I just couldn’t afford it. The first two shows I went with my mom but this year I went with my good friend from college!
That being said, when the Era’s Tour was announced – I wanted nothing more than to go to this concert. I was one of the Swifties that sat online for 8 hours with 2 babies in my arms, heart racing and too many devices at my fingertips trying to get The Era’s Tour tickets! Lucky for me – I got them. I paid absolutely way too much money for 2 VIP floor seats to see the most beautiful Queen there is; Miss Taylor Swift in Chicago.
Our seats were floor seats off the diamond and right next to one of the special guest tents. That night was the first for getting to meet Taylor’s parents!! I almost didn’t get a chance to get the pictures but luck was on my side! They are such amazing people! I got to give Andrea my enchanted bracelet and Scott gave me a pick! A time I will never forget!
I’ve been a fan of Taylor’s since Our Song came out. I still remember coming home and my mom telling me about this new young artist, Taylor Swift. I definitely didn’t know it back then that she would be as big as she is now and I pray one day I can’t meet her. Until then, I will support her in ways that I can!
