Welcome to Fearless Fleur De Lis, my name is Rachael! I’ve been in the Madison, Wisconsin area for the past several years. My husband and I have been together since 2007 and married since 2015! Zach and I have a beautiful baby boy named August!
I started this blog as an outlet to meet and talk to people who have similar interests. Luckily, it shouldn’t be hard to find friends since I have a lot of interests! Some of these interests include [but are not limited to]: fashion/beauty, my pregnancy/motherhood journey, and traveling!
Fearless Fleur De Lis is named after my love for Taylor Swift and my love for the European lifestyle – the fleur de lis which is a stylized lily. I would love to write about all things Europe, Paris, specifically but it’s harder than it looks being that I don’t live there ;). I love Paris so much that I got a tattoo of the Eiffel Tower (left forearm) and a Fleur De Lis (right wrist).
I like to think of myself as a well-rounded learner. I know there are always areas for improvement and I try to seek out ways to perfect what I do. Lots of times this tactic can turn me into being a perfectionist but it can also allow me to take as much feedback as possible because I want my outcome to be the best it can be.
