Howdy Everyone!
Have you ever just stopped [mid fry] and told yourself that you should stop eating said fry? Yea… me neither because we all know that it’s just silly to stop eating a good crispy french fry. Especially when you paid for it! This girl ain’t about that life of wasting good earned money on food I don’t enjoy. I know what you’re thinking – why is this page called, ‘Health Junkie’. Good question – here’s why:

Second, I have this amazing man in my life that consistently encourages me to eat my veggies and that not everything needs sugar. Which, side note, I’m not sure where he is getting his information from because everything needs sugar. That being said, this page is about the journey I’ll be taking to figure out how I can train myself to fully enjoy eating healthy foods that nourish our bodies. Will it be hard? YES. Will it be fun? Probably not. Will it be good? YES.
