Cruel Summer on Lover for me was one of those songs that at first it wasn’t in my top 5 from the album. It has a new sound to it and there are a lot of lyrics that are quite cryptic. But, heres the thing – it is now one that I must listen to several times a day. I love that about music – the more you listen the more your amazed at how fantastic the song is. You appreciate it more; You understand it more.

Taylor has been doing so many promotional things for this album and it is so very exciting. One of the unique things she has done is invite artists to paint murals inspired by Lover. Cruel Summer was blessed by one of those murals and Taylor visited the mural on August 23rd, 2019. These murals are in Brooklyn, NY. Check it out!
Taylor visited with fans and took pictures with her friends. She has this special thing about Love Letters and so now she signs things sometimes Love, Taylor and I’m obsessed with it.
